When you use our inquiry form, you provide your name and phone number. You may also provide an email address, a property address or city, the situation affecting the property, a deadline, and a message. We also receive the information you choose to share when you call or email us.

Please do not send Social Security numbers, bank account details, or confidential legal or financial documents through the website form.

How we use your information

We use your contact details and message to respond to your inquiry, discuss the property, and evaluate whether a direct purchase could fit your circumstances. Sending the form allows NMT Homes to contact you about that inquiry; it does not commit you to selling.

Website forms and service providers

Our website is hosted by Hostinger and uses WordPress and SureForms to process inquiries. Form responses are stored in our website and sent to Scott at scott@nmthomes.com. SureMail handles the website email delivery and is configured to retain outgoing email logs for 30 days.

Our form is configured not to save your IP address, browser name, or device name with your inquiry entry. Hosting and security services may still process technical information separately to operate and protect the website. Providers supporting hosting, security, and email may process information as part of providing those services.

We do not sell inquiry information.

Information related to a transaction or another recordkeeping obligation may need to be retained.

We may ask for enough information to confirm that a request concerns your information before acting on it. Please use your contact details and a general description of the request; do not send sensitive identity documents through the inquiry form.
